Coming Full Circle

 I took a trip down memory lane this morning and realised that all the
wonderful things I used to do as a child, teenager and young woman are now
coming full circle.....Remember
what enthralled you as a young child and give
yourself permission to experience that enthrallment again. Remember
what enchanted you as a teenager and give
yourself permission to experience that enchantment again. Remember
what enriched your life as a young adult and give
yourself permission to experience that enrichment again. Let the dust
and dross fall away and let your true self shine. Let worries
and misery fade away and let your ‘Self’' shine Let the needs
of the world or the needs of the Ego float by and let yourself shine For by doing
so.... then you can objectively handle your dross For by doing
so… then you can have the energy to release worries and misery For by doing
so ….then you will have the mind SET to address the needs of the world and dismiss the demand needs of the Ego. Then….. you will shine. |
Nature offers deep insights ..if you take a moment to immerse yourself.

Nature has an amazing way of showing us the fabric of the Universe and providing deep insight. Take a moment one day to try the following Mindful activity ... it is quite profound. Chose an object to mindfully connect with. Start by observing the nature of the object, the shape, texture and it's immediate surroundings. Allow yourself to gain an understanding of what it is experiencing in it's surroundings. Once you have connected, and gain that understanding, ask your Higher Self what the Universe/God is experiencing through it's existence. This provides wonderful insight. Finalise the activity by calling on the attributes of the object to assist you. Insights are all around us... we just need to take a moment to see and understand them. |
